Yogurt-Dill Oven Fried Fish (filet fish-cod, turbot, salmon, etc.)

*1/4 cup or 1/2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp fresh dill week
1 cup nut flour

oven @ 400 degree F
Spray large pyrex dish with non-stick oil  ( I use olive oil)
In a shallow dish, combine yogurt & fresh dill weed.
Dip each filet in yogurt then in flour
Bake 25-30 mins.
*N.B. I find 1/2 cup yogurt too much. Start with 1/4 cup yogurt, depending on how much fish you use.  I use 1/4 cup per pound of filet.
