Crispy Baked Filet of Flounder ( or any fish) Marinade:


3/4 C finely chopped onion
2 t grated lime zest
l/4 C fresh lime juice (2-3 medium)
1 T grated ginger root
1 T vegetable Oill
1 T tamari is legal. (It shouldn’t be tried until being symptom free for at least 3 months though, see: http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/legal/listing/

1/4 t each salt/pepper to taste
1 1/2 lbs fish fillet (sole, cod flounder; tilapi, etc), buttered.
l 1/4 C  nut flour
2 T parsley
2 T finely chopped  green onion

   Combine marinade in air tight plastic bag.  Add fish to marinade,turning to coat fish.  Seal & refrigerate 15mins-1hr  oven 350  degree F.   Spray 9xl3x2 baking dish with veg. oil.  Combine remaining ingredients on a plate.
  Coat fish from marinade, shaking off excess.  Put filet in baking dish.  Bake uncovered l5--l8 mins.
