    New SCD survey

  • Odd Oivind Bergstad has launched a new SCD survey. He stores the data in an Access database and eventually, he will publish the results on the IBD and SCD mailing lists.
    The intention of this survey is not to scientifically determin whether or not the Specific Carbohydrate Diet works, but simply to get some statistics that will indicate whether this diet is useful or not. Take part and fill out this form!

    Renee Zobkiw has created a brilliant, interactive SCD web site, Yogurt24, dedicated to help spread the news about the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. The site contains lots of sections for interaction from SCD participants. Stop by there today:

    You can now read and search in the letters of SCD mailing list at the web database of MAELSTROM.STJOHNS.EDU:
    http://maelstrom.stjohns.edu/archives/scd.html.
    Also, you can obtain the archived letters at MAELSTROM.STJOHNS.EDU by sending a query to the listserv.

    Therefore, it doesn't make sense to file them at this SCD web library any more.
    Selected letters, however, will still be placed here - sorted according to the subjects and categories.
    Presently, we are in the process of changing the "purpose" of this site, since we now have the Maelstrom site for the archiving part. We reckon that the purpose of the "SCD Web Library" now mainly will be to serve as a FAQ site, as well as featuring articles, testimonials and other stuff that we collect in the mailing list group or type in.

    Check the archives! These are the letters of July 1997.

    The files at MAELSTROM.STJOHNS.EDU are archived as monthly logs. If you wish to receive the logfile of, for instance, July 1997 as an e-mail, you write "GET SCD LOG9707" in the body of the message and send it to: listserv@maelstrom.stjohns.edu.
