Missing Bread

Question:

I miss whole grain bread on this diet.

Elaine writes:

When it comes to missing the whole grain bread dipped in olive oil and garlic, perhaps one of Lucy's bread recipes dipped in olive oil and garlic will do the trick.

I remember Judy missing rye bread before we had a bread recipe. I was too dumb to leave the honey out of the muffins and experiment. She would go around with caraway seeds and salt in her palm licking them it for an hour at a time. And if this satisfies any of you, go to the caraway seeds and pay no attention to my warnings about seeds. I wrote that in case someone with diverticulitis was told to avoid nuts and saw my ground -up almond recipes and used them and got sick and I got sued, I would be blamed so I wrote it defensively. I still worry about mainstream advice like that being contradictory to SCD. Dr. Truss got in trouble with his mentioning an "all-meat diet" and the low cholesterol advice
